Rick is a powerful force within any team that moves the dial. He can be the difference between good and great. He gets things done but more so, Rick isn’t afraid to ask tough questions, is fiercely loyal and cares deeply. He’s the kind of guy you pick first to be on the team. That said, Rick successfully built, scaled and sold his software company. I had the privilege of knowing him throughout this process. What you will find in Rick is a man that will not let you forget your horizon, will push you when you are tired, and has your back when things are hard. He is dynamic and a clear communicator. So, if you want to be told you are doing a great job, when you are perfectly mediocre, Rick probably isn’t your guy. But, if you want to win, at whatever business challenge you are undertaking, I couldn’t recommend someone more highly!
