I had the pleasure of working with Rick in a Vistage CEO Leadership group. This group requires that you bring your authentic vulnerable self in order to learn and consider new ways of looking at the many challenges that face upper management in businesses everyday. These issues usually involve dealing with people.

Rick served as a coach, mentor and friend to me in this group with a caring and direct approach to helping me navigate through some of the challenges I was facing. I would not hesitate to reach out to him to seek sound advice and get a laugh or two in!
